Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lexir ("Lexir", "we", "us") for using lexir.ai, agency workspaces on lexir.ai addresses, and Lexir's connectors for AI apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use Lexir for a company or agency, you agree for that organization and confirm you may do so. If your organization has a signed agreement with Lexir, that agreement wins where it differs from these terms.

Accounts are made by invitation from Lexir or from your organization's admin. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at team@lexir.ai if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and your organization's admin can add, remove and disable its people.

Lexir audits a business's public online presence and makes reports, slideshows and content from the results. Audits rely on public sources and outside services that can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and search results change all the time. Treat audit results as a starting point for your own judgment, not as a guarantee of any ranking, lead or sale. We may change, add or remove features as Lexir grows.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Lexir to harass, deceive or spam anyone;
• send email through a linked Gmail account that the recipient has not agreed to or would not expect, or that breaks anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM;
• try to reach another organization's data, get around limits or security, or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or rebuild the Service, or scrape it, except through the connectors and keys Lexir gives you;
• share your account or keys with people outside your organization.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

You may link Google Calendar, Gmail, HubSpot or an AI app to Lexir. You confirm you are allowed to link each one. Lexir uses them only as described in our Privacy Policy: calendars and HubSpot are read to audit the businesses you meet, and Gmail sends only the emails you send from Lexir. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can unlink them at any time in Settings.

Yours. What you enter and the reports, slideshows and content made for your organization belong to your organization. You give Lexir permission to store and process them to run the Service for you. You may share your reports and slideshows with your clients and prospects.

Ours. Lexir, its software, design and brand belong to Lexir. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active. You do not get any right to Lexir's code.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely.

Paid plans, prices, audit allowances and billing terms are set in your order or agreement with Lexir. Fees are due as stated there and are not refundable unless it says so. If a payment is late, we may pause the account after telling you. Each plan includes a number of audits a month; audits beyond it may be refused until the next month or charged as agreed.

You may stop using Lexir at any time, and close your account by writing to team@lexir.ai, subject to any minimum term in your agreement. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or your agreement, or if we stop offering the Service, with notice when we can. When an account closes, we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes; ask us beforehand if you want a copy of your reports.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Lexir makes no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, Lexir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Lexir's total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid Lexir in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You will defend and hold Lexir harmless from claims by others that come from your misuse of the Service, including email you send through a linked account, or from breaking these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless your agreement with Lexir says otherwise.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for a significant change, tell you in Lexir or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
